Referral Program
We offer a referral program to existing ADT customers for select residential security leads. This program allows you to refer potential new customers onto a ADT Security Sales representative and receive a reward in return, should this referral successfully become a customer.
Refer a Friend
If you refer a new contact to ADT Security that results in the contact becoming a new ADT Security customer, you can receive a $100 WESTFIELD VOUCHER. There are no limits to how many people you can refer, but to adhere to consumer privacy laws, the referred person must be fully aware and consent to having their personal details given to ADT Security and must also consent to being contacted.

*Terms of Program Participation: In order to be eligible under this program you must be an existing ADT Security Customer and the person referred must either be a brand new residential customer for ADT Security or, if the person is an existing customer of ADT Security, the person is signing up a brand new site. The person must also enter into an ADT standard alarm monitoring contact for an initial term for 3 years. You are ineligible for this program if the person simply requires an upgrade of an existing ADT Security system or signs a contract with a term of less than 3 years. You are fully responsible for any income tax ramifications arising from your participation in this program. You agree that: (a) you will at all times comply with all applicable laws and regulations including without limitation, the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, the Privacy Act 1993 and anti-bribery or anti-corruption laws, including the United States International Corrupt Practices Act, laws under the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention and local anti-corruption laws (collectively, Anti-Corruption Laws); (b) you will not do anything that will cause ADT Security to violate or be in breach of any applicable laws or regulations (provided that ADT Security uses the information you provide to ADT Security to follow up the contact for interest in progressing) or impact adversely on ADT’s reputation or brand; (c) if you are required by law to disclose the reward, then you will disclose it in accordance with the law; and (d) when obtaining the contact details of any person and obtaining their consent to provide them to ADT Security you will explain to the person the purpose for which you are collecting the information (including that you propose to share it with ADT Security and what they will use it for) and you will not threaten, intimate, harass or coerce the person. ADT Security reserves the right to amend or terminate the program at any time.
