Understanding trouble conditions for DSC alarm control panels

  • Pressing [*2] on the keypad accesses the trouble menu
  • The LCD display screen will confirm a trouble is present, otherwise it will show “no system trouble present”
  • To view the trouble detail press [*] again
  • The arrow keys can be used to scroll through the troubles if there are more than one present
  • The [#] key can be pressed at any time to exit the menu
