IMPORTANT: ADT Security recommends you only use an ADT Security approved technician to conduct a replacement of your alarm panel battery. Please contact us on 0800 111 238 to arrange a visit or check out the ADT Warrant of Fitness service which provides an annual technician’s visit to your premises to complete a security system health check and replace the back-up battery. Please note: ADT Technician services are only available to ADT monitored customers.

WARRANTY: If you attempt to change or do change the back-up battery yourself and damage the equipment in the process, then this voids any warranty. To avoid either damage to your alarm equipment, or harm to yourself, ADT recommend using an ADT approved technician.
