After your monitored ADT Life Safety Solution system is installed we will be in touch to help make sure that you are comfortable with operating the control panel and to also follow up on any questions you may have regarding the installation process. Patrol Response Certificate
If your ADT Life Safety Solution is accidentally activated in the first year, ADT will cover the costs incurred if a Mobile Patrol Officer needs to be sent to your premises (Refer T+Cs on back of Certificate).

Theft Protection Certificate
ADT have a strong commitment and belief in their service to deter criminals. If your home is burgled or broken into, and your ADT alarm was turned on and your premises secure, ADT will reimburse you up to $500 towards the cost of your insurance excess (Refer T+Cs on back of Certificate).

Home Contents Insurance Certificate
Some insurance companies will offer you a discount on your home and contents insurance if your home has a monitored alarm system installed. To see if you are eligible, send this certificate into your Insurance company which verifies that you have an ADT monitored Life Safety Solution installed. You will need to speak to your insurer in order to determine if you are eligible for a discounted premium.

Relocation Discount Guarantee
If you move house, you will receive 20% discount off the installation cost of a new ADT monitored security system (Refer T+Cs on back of Guarantee).

Refer A Friend Certificate
If a friend or family member has an ADT monitored Life Safety Solution installed at their property on your recommendation you will be eligible for a $50 Farmers voucher (T+Cs apply – Refer to Certificate).
