A single telephone number provides you instant access to our 24 hour, 7 days a week national Customer Care Centre. ADT Security has one of the industry’s largest team, of trained technicians, ensuring that assistance is always available.
If an alarm is triggered and is not disarmed by entering your passcode, a Customer Care Centre representative will call your home and/or emergency contacts to determine whether the alarm is genuine and the type of assistance you require.
If we are unable to make contact we will send the appropriate emergency response.
