A single telephone number provides you instant access to our 24 hour, 7 days a week national Customer Care Centre. ADT Security has one of the industry�s largest team, of trained technicians, ensuring that assistance is always available.

If an alarm is triggered and is not disarmed by entering your passcode, a Customer Care Centre representative will call your home and/or emergency contacts to determine whether the alarm is genuine and the type of assistance you require.

If we are unable to make contact we will send the appropriate emergency response.
