Update Your Payment Details / Payment Options

Each of us prefers to pay our ADT account in a different way. Choose what works for you from the following payment options:


Pay by direct debit automatically each month
Credit card or bank account

Have your account paid automatically on the due date each month with a direct debit from your credit card or bank account. It's easy to set up; download this direct debit authority form, print it, complete it and post it back to us. Please don’t fax it as your bank requires the actual document with your signature on it.


Update your credit card expiry date

If the credit card you are currently using for your payments to ADT has a new expiry date, use this online form to send us the updated details. If you have a NEW credit card then you need to complete a new direct debit authority form.


By telephone

Contact us toll-free on 0800 111 238 to make a credit card payment or to arrange for a direct debit authority form to be sent to you.


Pay directly to our bank account
Online or in person

You can pay online OR deposit directly at any BNZ branch into our account: 020100-0747304-01.

Don’t forget to include your ADT Customer Number in the Reference field and if you’re paying multiple invoices online, email your remittance to the
ADT Accounts Receivable department or fax it to 09 259 2442.


By post
Cheque

Detach the remittance advice and return with your cheque to:
